While working together, you’ll learn that you can actually enjoy what you eat without feeling guilty about your food choices and still achieve your health goals. You don’t need to count calories, macros, or weigh your foods. You also don’t need to give up your favorite foods or buy expensive powders and multiple supplements. My approach to nutrition is one that is flexible, nourishing, and realistic long-term. Remember, all foods fit.
